February is Love Your Body Month!

February is my favorite month, and I'm so excited that it has rolled back around! Does anyone else love February as much as I do? February is my favorite month for a couple of reasons. First, it's my birth month, and I looove celebrating my birthday. February is also a really unique month because it's the only month with only twenty-eight days. Valentine's Day also falls in February which I love mostly for the candy, if I'm being totally honest. Back in my hometown and on the Gulf Coast, it's also right in the middle of Mardi Gras season!

Recently people have started calling February "Love Your Body" month, and I am all here for it. Today, I want to talk about how chiropractic care can help you love your body by going over some of the benefits of chiropractic care. 

I'm going to go over my top 9 favorite benefits of chiropractic care. I'm going to give you half of them now and half of them next time!
